Dude, this after the quite scary tracks at the end of the night is sooo cool! It feels triumphant without going overboard because... we're talking about a mall, and it's peeeeerfect!

the sax is a sample I've found and chopped up, however I've also mixed it in with a sax Vital patch that sounds insanely good, dm me if you want it :P

HOLYYYYYYYY the composition... I love the vibe a lot and I wouldn't be able to tell you why. Like seriously it's something special that I've only heard in ONE album before.
It's when you merge almost traditionnal stereotypical japanese style with an almost retro soundfont I'd say?
Anyway to me the only thing that needs improvement are the actual instruments. So can tell that some of them aren't peak quality but I DONT CARE I'm 5 starring this

AYYY I appreciate you a lot, honestly mid sounding instruments were intentional because I wanted it to sound like a PS1 game would sound, but I understand the criticism. I'll try for my other stuff to sound more HQ when that album is done, it's basically a part of the style now

mixing problems? I wouldn't know, mixing isn't my forte. It sounds amazing to me anyway!
Would have loved to hear chord progression switches and perhaps even some non diatonic chords but I don't feel like removing 0.5 stars for that haha

I won't lie, I was feeling kinda uninspired in terms of chord progression, especially since I have been toiling at this thing for like 5 days now, but that might be besides the point. I will definitely experiment more next time around. That'll be my intention.
